STAMFORD MUSIC & ARTS ACADEMY

Elena Bowman has been a music teacher for over twenty years, she has taught and mentored thousands of students. She taught at premier studios in California, including the Dexter Music Academy, the OC Music Center, and Tim’s Music Center. She has performed in England, France, Thailand, Vietnam, China, and the Philippines.

 

Elena has been a member of the Music Teachers Association of California since 2014, coaching students with the Certificate of Merit program from Preliminary Levels through Advanced/Level 10. Her students have performed at Carnegie Hall and the Sydney Opera House, and many have gone on to study at the best universities in the country. Elena’s specialty is advanced music theory and piano repertoire from the Classical Period.

 

Elena and her husband recently moved from Southern California to New York to get her second Masters Degree at Columbia University.
